Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Amazon Listing Optimizer (the "Service") collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. "We," "us," and "our" mean Jen Built It LLC.

1. What we collect

• Your email address. You provide it to use the Service.
• The product information you submit (product name, features, target customer, brand name, keywords) so we can generate a listing for you.
• Your follow-up choice. Whether you ticked the optional box allowing us to contact you about working together, plus the date and time of that choice.
• Security data. Your IP address, used to prevent abuse and rate-limit the Service.

2. Why we collect it

• To generate your listing and show it to you on this page (legal basis: your request / legitimate interest).
• To keep a record of who used the tool and, only if you opted in, to reach out about working together (legal basis: consent for outreach; legitimate interest for the lead record).
• To prevent fraud and abuse of an AI-powered tool (legal basis: legitimate interest).

3. Who we share it with

We use a small set of vendors, each receiving only what they need:

• Cloudflare hosts the Service and our database, and runs the bot check (Turnstile) that protects the form.
• Anthropic receives the product information you submit strictly to generate your listing. We do not permit your content to be used to train models.

We do not sell your personal data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing.

4. How long we keep it

• Your email, product information, and follow-up choice: kept as a lead record until you ask us to delete it.
• Rate-limit records (tied to your IP): pruned automatically within a few days.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@jenbuiltit.com from the address you submitted and we respond within 30 days.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so. This disclosure is required under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.

7. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. By using it from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US, with Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

9. Security

We protect your data with TLS in transit, least-privilege secrets, rate limiting, and bot-prevention. No system is perfectly secure, but if we detect a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

10. Changes

If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post a notice on the Service.
